LEGGINGS & SHORTS
1. Waist (Use your belly button as a reference point)
2. Hips (Use the widest part of your hips as a reference point)
3. Thigh (Use the widest part of your thigh as a reference point)
4. Leg length (Starting at your crotch & finishing just above your ankle bone)
5. Ankle (Use just above your ankle bone as a reference point)
Please ensure for area's such as waist, hip, thigh & ankle you are measuring the full circumference (all the way around)

Bra's & Swimwear
1. Bust (Use your nipples as a reference point) Please add your cup size into your measurements.
2. Underbust (Just under your breasts)
3. Hips (Use the widest part of your hips as a reference point)
4. Shoulder to Crotch. This is to perfect the length of one-piece togs & avoid hungry bums.(Starting at your shoulder & finishing in the centre of your underneath crotch)
Please ensure for area's such as bust, underbust & hips you are measuring the full circumference (all the way around)
