Please ensure you try your Cove designs on over underwear until your are 100% happy with your purchase.
Not happy with your purchase? Sorry about that..
If for some reason your purchase is faulty/broken or does not fit as expected, Cove is happy to exchange your purchase for a different design/gift card for someone else.
*TERMS OF THIS POLICY*
-Your purchase must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
-You are responsible for return shipping fees & this must be a tracked parcel. You are required to include a return tracked courier bag.(Please email us & let us know when this is done. Include tracking info).
-If your purchase is faulty/broken, Cove will refund your shipping fees.
-If you fail to track your items & they do not make their way back to us, Cove will not exchange your purchase.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Your items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. For hygiene reasons, if it is obvious underwear has not been worn while trying items on, we may refuse an exchange.

As some designs & styles are made in limited numbers, replacements are subject to availability. Should you select a different design with a price change, the difference in price will be refunded or paid by you (if it is a higher costing item).
When returning your item please use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost packages. You are required to include a return tracked courier bag.
You will be sent a return address after emailing to discuss your exchange order.

CARING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
SWIMWEAR
The best way to care and wash your Cove swimwear is to wear it in the shower! Take a shower and your shampoo acts as a gentle cleanser for your togs.
By doing this the bikini stays shaped to your body & retains it's snug fit. After cleaning, let it air dry (preferably out of direct sunlight). It doesn't get much easier than that! Always avoid rough surfaces.
If this does not suit you, hand wash in cold water & air dry out of direct sunlight.
The above are ways in which we recommend getting the longest life out of your Cove swimwear.
-Machine wash in cold water at your own risk. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
